6 Months Already!

Look how big she is getting. She is still the perfect little angel. She is so sweet and happy all the time. She loves to smile and socialize with everyone. She makes so many friends at the grocery store. She just learned to sit up on her own about a week before she turned 6 months old. She loves to be able to sit up. Her favorite thing to do is load and unload the toy basket I set down by her. She is getting very active. She will not hold still when she is sitting on your lap. I think she is going to be as active as her big brother. Yikes! She now weighs 17 lbs 5.5 oz. Which puts her in the 76% percentile. She is getting so tall as well. We are going to have to switch her out of her infant carseat soon because her feet hang way off and her head is just below the top of the carseat. She is 26 1/4 in. long. Which is the 74% percentile.

Logan loves to come in and cook with me. He is really weird because he absolutely loves to eat flour. I asked him which tasted better, sugar or flour and he said flour. He will eat it by the spoonful. I have to keep my eyes on him or else he really will grab a spoon and dig in. What a goofy kid.

Logan was helping me put the diapers in the drawer but instead he found a new game. Look closely. Do you see anything odd?

Poor Jenna has to put up with a lot. She is a good sport. She actually seemed to have fun.

Now some of you think you might have bad hair days... Just be glad you don't have days like Jenna does every morning. This is quite often how she looks when she wakes up in the morning. Cute!

Jenna's new favorite thing to do.

We took Jenna swimming for the first time back in February. Sorry I am a little slow on posting pictures. She absolutely loved every minute of it. Here she is, so excited to get in the pool. She looks dang cute in her little cherry swimsuit too.

Logan is doing great with his swimming. We forgot his life jacket, but that didn't stop him. He just got one of the noodles and was swimming all over the place. We are going to have a fun summer once our pool opens.

Our Little Boy Is 3 Years Old!

Logan turned 3 on March 16th. I can't believe he is 3 already. We had a little party with Grandma and Grandpa Wilson and Uncle Kyle

Logan wanted 3 things for his birthday.
He wanted birthday hats, a brown cake and chicken nuggets.

Loves to blow out candles. Usually whenever somebody has a birthday we have to relight the candles and sing Happy Birthday multiple times, but for some reason we didn't have to this time. He was probably to excited to eat Mater.

Yes I am very proud of my Mater cake. I think it turned out great since I have never decorated a cake before.
I was going to write Tow Mater on the side like he is supposed to have but my white frosting kept drooping so I gave up.

On Logan's Birthday we had a little party. We went and played at the bouncy place and then went to McDonalds to have one of Logan's favorite meals... Chicken Nuggets!

We also went swimming on Monday before Logan turned 3 so we wouldn't have to pay for him. Yes we are cheap. Logan also got to talk to Grandma and Grandpa Hegerhorst on Skype. He was really looking forward to that. Anytime he hears any of the skype sounds he ask, "Mommy, are Grandma and Grandpa calling. I want to talk to them on the computer. I like that." Thanks Mom and Dad for the books. He loves them and is constantly asking me to read them to him.

Brian and I gave Logan a t-ball set and King and Chick-Hicks cars from the movie Cars. He already had a King but he took him out while we were running errands and left him on the counter at one of the stores. He was so sad when we got home and realized he didn't have King anymore. I'm a mean Mom and didn't want to drive 20+ min in traffic to go back and get him. It was much easier to just buy him a new one.

Anyways, here are some of the cute moments while Logan was 2.

He loves to do exercise videos.



He absolutely loves to sing. Praise to the Man is his favorite song right now. He learns songs so quickly. We will just sing him the song a couple times and then he got it down. He has an amazing memory.

He also quit taking naps. Some days he struggles to stay awake.

Jenna is 5 months old

Our sweet little girl is such a joy. We just love her smiles and are so happy that she is willing to share them with us all the time. We can't believe she is already 5 months old. Some of the things she is doing now are still drooling constantly. I never knew a baby could drool so much. She is finally rolling over. She reaches and grabs for toys, hair, faces, and big brothers toys and blankets which doesn't make him to happy. Mom and Dad these videos are for you so you aren't missing any of the cute things the kids are doing.
